Chances are you’ve never heard of Rylie Magill of Treynor, Iowa.

She made it to her state’s invention convention with her innovative Baby Bleachers creation. But she didn’t make it all the way to the first annual NICEE 2016 last weekend.That aside, in many ways – all of them essentially to the advancements of invention and entrepreneurship – she represents thousands of kid creators K-12 across the nation and will likely inspire more who have considered inventing things but haven’t yet acted on their ideas.
